since i've been telling people i have a boyfriend, people have been making insinuations and assumptions that i am this whole different person who ignores my friends and doesn't go out anymore. i do not want to hear, "marilyn's too busy for us, she's out with jeff," even if it's a joke because you joke now, but the minute things get serious, you will start using it against me. it's happened before. i value my friends far above any guy, and don't you forget that.
