maybe it's because of my shorts, or because i feel obligated to be there for my best friend and her planning activities, or the fact that cathy would only go if i went (and that i want her to go out and enjoy life more often), or not wanting to see fish-face, or the thought of playing volleyball, or because i enjoy the thought of lying on a beach with the cooling lake rushing against the shore... i want to go to the beach.

besides, i'd rather see jerkface (if that meant seeing lover and lover's lover) than fish-face. does that make sense?
