Everything is just a waste of time. No matter what I'm doing, I'm always thinking 'there must be a better way of spending my time than this.' So when I do have the free time, I waste it by doing things I don't really enjoy because they don't involve any significant time commitment.
When you just feel behind on life, the worst possible thing is when people contribute to that. With you as your own worst enemy, you don't need other people to be wasting your time.
